The critical technolgy of synthetic diamond is to make a size diamond, with no inclusives and not Yellowish in color.

To increase the size is simple. You can buy a machine from the market in Russia or China. The Cost of the machine is less than US,000. For a China old machine, you can buy it in weight but you need to hire somebody to repair it. it will cost you about US,000. To remove the color, it is simple because the method is called "Getter", which is an US technolgy that has been developed 20 years ago. In addition, we have developed a technology to pre-treat the material and remove all gas before the raw material being grown in chamber. After reduce the impurities, the color can be controlled, from colourless to blue, by adding possibe impurities. The most commonly used getter is Al or Ba or.......(you can guess, because the same technology has been used to make vaccum tube in early 20th century). However, miss use of Getter will create additional inclusive.

To remove the inclusive is something complicated. it does need to further modified the machine (I will prepare to give Hint in my next web page). Nevertheless, it is a time consumpting work but not a complicated one, and is never a High Technology. You have to fine tune you machines, re-design the shape of the Growing Chamber, and change the catalysis used to minimize the no of inclusives. If the appropriate catalysis and temperature is used, a temperature barrier is created and about 99.99 inclusive can be removed, it therefore become more pure than the nature diamond. If non-metal or nature material be used as calalysis, this 0.01% impurities cannot be identified even the diamond is put in a NMR or x-ray tester, because the nature do more worst.

However, the dilemma here is that the yield will be lower and therefore, the next problem is to increase the yield. The answer is still the temperature and the catalysis. The catalysis must has high solubility of carbon, and high melting point, and also be a nature matter - therefore, it is a "Secret mixture of Compound". You can develop it by your own - in fact, all laboratory has their own formula but actually the formula can be found in all textbook of synthetic diamond but you need to test it one by one to find the best - it will need hundreds of hour to do it
